The sights, sounds, and smells that the Aachen Christmas Market boasts of fascinate both kids and their parents. The increasing number of footfalls and the number of stalls that are increasing with each passing year can gauge the popularity of this market. The stall in neighboring Katschhof and in the market offer tourists and locals an assortment of locally made crafts along with freshly baked gingerbreads, cakes, and marzipan breads.

Remember, they are oven fresh and taste far better than anywhere else. Do not forget to taste the yummy Aachen Printen cookies. While adults can enjoy the mulled wine, their kids can enjoy potato fritters and the carousel.(photo:Amel)
